They give people ways to cope and the skills to be there for others. And they encourage, promote and celebrate those moments of connection between people that can save lives.

Mind Health Charity

Mind UK provide advice and support to empower anyone experiencing a mental health problem. They campaign to improve services, raise awareness and promote understanding.

They won't give up until everyone experiencing a mental health problem gets support and respect.

BMM - Black Minds Matters 

Their mission is to connect Black individuals and families with free mental health services — by professional Black therapists to support their mental health. To make this happen, they want to make mental health topics more relevant and accessible for all Black people in the U.K., removing the stigma and remodelling the services to be relevant for the Black community.

BME Health Forum

The Wellness Centre offers quality free support to help people prevent the onset of mental health problems and alleviate issues such as stress, anxiety, isolation, and low mood. They offer support to adults with mild, severe, and enduring long-term conditions.

Hub of Hope

The Hub of Hope is the UK’s leading mental health support database. It is provided by national mental health charity, Chasing the Stigma, and brings local, national, peer, community, charity, private and NHS mental health support and services together in one place for the first time.

BACP British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy

BACP is the leading professional association for members of the counselling professions in the UK with more than 50,000 members. They work to promote the role and relevance of the counselling professions in improving psychological wellbeing and mental health and to develop safe, ethical and competent practice.
